
Now Hiring: Sales Representative
Location: Lancaster, PA Hybrid
Compensation: Base + Commission
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for meeting with clients in person, promoting products or services, and building strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Travel to assigned territories to meet with potential and existing customers, discussing their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Identify prospective customers and follow up on sales leads to build a consistent sales pipeline.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to strategize sales approaches effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts, reporting regularly to management.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
- An established book of business preferred
- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective negotiation and relationship building.
- Strong ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively within a sales team.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets consistently.
- Bilingual English-Spanish required
Work Environment:
- This role involves significant travel and fieldwork, with an office base for administrative tasks. The position includes a base salary plus commission, with earnings varying based on performance and experience.
